On understanding, recognition and the responsibility of property development.

Founder Note

"I am interested in the life a project makes possible,
the habits it protects and the standard it asks of the person
who made it."

The Client Short Movie

KOMO is being introduced through a five-chapter short movie,
founder interview, essays, references and visual stories.

The Client Short Movie

The film follows the atmosphere around a project before it is fully explained the preparation, the rituals, the journey, the arrival and the quiet recognition of what has been made possible.

The Client Short Movie

At its centre is a simple question:
What kind of life does a project ask of the person who made it,
and what kind of life does it protect for the person who enters it?

The Client Short Movie

KOMO is not presented as a listing. It is introduced as a standard.

The Building

KOMO is a private residential project on the Black Sea, composed of four 215 m² apartments. Set on the front line, each residence opens toward the sea while also framing views back toward the city. The architecture is shaped by restraint, proportion and the quiet confidence of its setting.
Natural light, open perspectives and carefully composed views define the way the residences are experienced. KOMO is designed not only as a place to look from, but as a calmer, more considered way of living.
